The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Jadia P.S. Case No.111 of 2015, G.R. No.1937 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 324, 448, 307, 504 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is direct allegation against the petitioner to have caused injury by Farsa blow. Case diary has been called for which has been received.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that parties have settled the dispute outside the court.
In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17929 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the court below within a period of three weeks from today, the court below will pass an order on the same day on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order passed by this Court.
