JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the learned Collector for redressal of his grievances under Section 6(II) of the Public Liability Insurance Act, 1991. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty and in case, the petitioner files an appropriate claim before the Collector within a period of four weeks, the learned Collector shall adjudicate upon the same on merits and pass reasoned and speaking order within a period of 12 weeks thereafter.
