It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that subsequently similarly situated co-accused Sohan Kumar has already been allowed bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 10.12.2021, passed in Cr.Misc.No. 31109/2021. Petitioner is in custody since 2.9.2020. Considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner and progress of the trial, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IX,
