"That this writ petition is being filed in the nature of Public Interest Litigation for direction to the Respondents on to make an enquiry about the work
Patna High Court CWJC No.14371 of 2025(2) dt.03-11-2025 2/3 done by the Respondent No. 8, take action against the Respondent No. 5 who is illegally making payment to the Respondent No. 8 without work and against the agreement which was of only 11 months made on 24.07.2024 and to recover the amount paid to N.G.O. without work in collusion with official Respondents."
2. There is nothing on record to substantiate the claim of the petitioner being a social worker except for the following statement made in Paragraph No. 3:
"That the petitioner is Social worker and citizen of India, resides within the territorial jurisdiction of thisb Hon'ble Court and having no personal interest either directly or indirectly in the instant subject matter."
3. In pursuance to the complaint vide Annexure-P/5, the local authorities have already taken up the matter and blacklisted the contractor. The relevant extract of same is reproduced hereinbelow:
"

4. In view of the above facts and circumstances and as the grievance raised by the petitioner already stands redressed by the competent authority, we find no merit in the present writ petition.
5. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
