====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-07-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this writ application is filed for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner on the post of Chaukidar in the light of order no.3047 dated 18.11.89 and consequent upon regularization by the State authorities the consequential benefits be granted to the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner,

Patna High Court CWJC No.17697 of 2014(2) dt.27-07-2023 2/2 though seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, however, seeks a direction upon the respondents to consider his case in light of the judgments rendered by this Court, which have been annexed as Annexure-6 and Annexure-7, to the present writ petition.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the respondents, annexing copies of the judgments being relied upon by him, within a period of four weeks from today, whereupon, the respondents, shall pass a reasoned and a speaking order, thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
