The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45885 of 2019 by which the petitioner was granted bail in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2019 to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Begusarai.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently, in the prayer portion of petition of Cr. Misc. No. 45885 of 2019, in place of "learned S.D.J.M., Manjhaul, Begusarai", it has been typed as "learned S.D.J.M., Begusarai. Resultently, the same occurred in the order-sheet dated 24.07.2019. From perusal of the record, it is apparent that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56194 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 correct Court is Learned S.D.J.M., Manjhaul, Begusarai. Let in the last paragraph of order dated 24.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45885 of 2019, "learned S.D.J.M., Begusarai" be read as "learned S.D.J.M., Manjhaul, Begusarai". The rest of the conditions stipulated in the order will be same. The order dated 24.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 45885 of 2019 is modified to the extent as indicated above. The modification application is, accordingly, allowed. (Sudhir Singh, J) Pankaj/- U T
