2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):

(i) For direction/directions/order/orders to the respondents to make the possession and position confirm regarding the small piece of land allotted to landless person (petitioner under Mauza Mairwa Kam, Thana No. 682, Khata No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18028 of 2014(3) dt.30-06-2025 2/3 100, Khesra No. 132 of an area 4 decimal in the name of Ram Prit Ram (petitioner) and of an area 2 decimal in the name of Most Gulbi daughter of Ram Bachan Chamar which is inherited by the petitioner.

(ii) For direction/directions/order/orders to the Court of Sri. R.K. Dubey Additional Munsif-IX, Gopalganj to disposed of the T.S. No. 129/2006 filed by the petitioner alongwith T.S. No. 231/1997 filed by the Arunesh Chandra Rai (Respondent no.7) running together by an order dated 24/09/2012 of the Munsif Gopalganj.

(iii) For direction/directions/order/orders to the respondents for providing proper protection of life and property of the weak and poor petitioner as a consequential relief no. (i) & (ii).

(iv) For other relief/reliefs as your Lordships may deem fit and proper for the ends of justice to the petitioner.

3. The counter affidavit of respondent no. 2 and 6 put on affidavit by Circle Officer, Kuchaikot, Gopalganj is on record according to which, a Title Suit No. 231 of 1997 is

Patna High Court CWJC No.18028 of 2014(3) dt.30-06-2025 3/3 pending before the learned Munsif in which the status quo order has been passed.

4. The matter is pending before the competent civil court and as such no order can be passed in the matter.
