The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 376, 420 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecutrix made allegation that petitioner no. 1 Md. Alamgir established physical relation with her on the pretext of marrying with her. When petitioner no. 1 refused to marry, the complainant informant made complaint. Thereafter petitioner no. 2 was arrested. Petitioner no. 1 has already solemnized marriage with the informant. The informant is a major girl.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39310 of 2015 (2) dt.27-08-2015 above named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 211 of 2013.
