2. The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioners apprehending their arrest in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case no. 139 of 2024 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation in the FIR, on the alleged date of occurrence, petitioner no. 1 blocked the drive way by parking

It is further alleged that during course of pulling bricks loaded cart, some bricks of stair got uprooted of petitioner no. 1. On this matter, scuffle took place and all the accused persons abused and assaulted the informant and his family members.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Both parties are neighbour. Injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature and injury report is attached with the case diary. Allegations levelled against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature. Alleged occurrence took place at the spur of moment.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of Bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and in the event of his arrest or surrender in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case no. 139 of 2024, he will be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61404 of 2024(4) dt.17-03-2025 3/3 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-5th Danapur subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
