In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Samho P.S. Case No. 07 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 326, 342, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

An allegation has been made that while the Informant was passing through, the accused persons came out from the maize field with deadly weapons, surrounded him and asked Informant to withdraw the case otherwise they would kill him. On protest made by the Informant, the accused persons abused and assaulted him, in the meantime, a tractor was coming towards them, the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28911 of 2017 (3) dt.20-07-2017 Informant raised alarm upon which the accused persons fled away. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Remant Chaudhary @ Suman Kumar Chaudhary @ Ramant Chaudhary is rejected.
