Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the charge has been framed in this case and as such he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present bail application to avail the liberty given by the court below vide impugned order dated 04.10.2021 to renew the bail application before the court below after framing of the charge. Accordingly, the present bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to renew the bail application before the court below in view of the impugned order dated 04.10.2021.
