16-12-2015 Heard Sri Jitendra Prasad Singh, learned counsel for petitioners, learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 6 as well as learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of respondent no. 2 to 4/Central Selection Board (Constable).

Two petitioners, in the present writ petition, have prayed for directing the respondents to permit them to participate in the physical evaluation test.

It was submitted by learned counsel for petitioners that due to unavoidable circumstances, on the date fixed for physical evaluation test, the petitioners were not in a position to

It is not in dispute that physical test is in relation to the post of Constable, which was advertised in the year 2009. It is also not in dispute that after this advertisement, subsequent advertisements have also been advertised and process has already been completed. In respect of Adv. No. 02 of 2009, in which, petitioners were claiming extension from appearance in the physical test, the entire process of selection has already been concluded.

In view of the facts and circumstances, the Court is of the opinion that no relief can be granted.

The petition stands dismissed.
