====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-08-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 484 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 341, 427, 353, 504/34 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a Journalist. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that he provoked gathering of school children and their guardians against the informant-Head Master of the School. The petitioner is in custody since 07.06.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Case No. 484 of 2018.
