The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Guraru P.S. Case No. 76 of 2022 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to previous enmity. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Further he submits that the nature of injuries are found simple in nature, as contained in Annexure-2 to the bail application. Case No. 76 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
