The petitioner seeks bail in Barachatti P.S. Case No. 145/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 170, 255, 420, 467, 468, 120B and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and other accused persons are alleged to have forged the commercial taxes permit and thereby causing loss of Revenue Department.

It is submitted that the petitioner have committed no offence. The petitioner is in jail since 19.04.2015. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41094 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Narendra Pal Singh, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 145/2015.
