It is submitted that in the anticipatory bail order dated 16.12.2016, name of the petitioners have not been mentioned, as such, their bail bonds are not accepted by the trial court.

In above view of the matter, let the names of the petitioners be read as Chandradeo Verma, Shiv Sagar Sharma, Diwakar Kumar, Tapeshwar Mahato, Rajendra Paswan and Rajesh Srivastava and as such, the order dated 16.12.2016 be modified to that extent and communicate immediately to the Court below.
