Thereafter, notice was issued to the petitioner and then, the matter was again taken up for hearing on 31.7.2024, however, again, the petitioner, seeking to appear in person, was not present, nonetheless, it was informed by the registry that even telephonic communication has been made to the petitioner about the next date of listing of the present case. This Court, in the interest of justice, had again adjourned the present case to 7.8.2024 at 10:30 am, nonetheless, the present case has been listed today for hearing

In view of the aforesaid, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present case, hence, the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.
