Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-25(i-B)A/26 of the Arms Act.

One loaded country-made pistol and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 29-11-2015. The investigation against the petitioner has already been completed and prior to institution of the present case, the petitioner was made accused in only one case i.e. Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2015.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
