The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 292 of 2019 (arising out of Laukariya P.S. Case Case No. 57 of 2011) registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution story in brief is that the informant Shambhu Ram stated that he married his daughter, namely, Manju Devi to Mohan Ram about 12 years ago. In her conjugal life, she gave birth of two children, one boy and another girl. At that time, the boy and the girl were 12 years and 3 years old respectively. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55073 of 2019(2) dt.02-09-2019 2/3 Ram went to the house of his daughter-in-law to take his daughter but he found that his daughter is not at home. His daughter's mother-in-law told that she has died of fire. He came to know by the villagers that on dated 24.10.2011, his son-in-law with the help of his brother and mother killed his daughter by setting her on fire and disposed her dead body. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the charge is framed and the trial is going on. The other coaccused, namely, husband of the petitioner and Bhainsur of the deceased have been granted bail by the court below itself. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is a lady, who is aged about 60 years old.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Sessions Trial No. 292 of 2019 (arising out of Laukariya P.S.
