Present:- Member(Judicial) :Mr. Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Amish Kumar, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; State and Accountant General.

2. At the very outset, it is agreed between the parties that the error pointed out by the office of the Accountant General and communicated to the respondent no. 4 under letter Pen.-12 1547 dated 08.12.2017, shall be suitably replied to by the respondent no. 4 after meeting the objection within three weeks from today. Thereafter, the Accountant General shall issue the necessary authority within two weeks from the date of receipt of such communication from the respondent no. 4 in light of the aforesaid letter including the service book of the petitioner. Upon the authority being issued, the concerned respondent shall ensure that actual payment is also made to the petitioner within four weeks thereafter. The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
