The petitioner being the husband of O.P.No.2 is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case no.1012/12 registered for the offence under Section 498(A) of I.P.C.
It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is undertaking to keep his wife with him with full dignity and honour and there shall be no recurrence of mental and physical torture.He further submits that he will bring back his wife and minor
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43650 of 2014 (2) dt.16-04-2015 2/2 daughter from her parents' house.
Considering the aforesaid submissions made by the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court Below within two weeks from today be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., Sasaram, Rohtas, in Complaint Case no.1012/12 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C. It is however, made clear that on repetition of such offence it will be open for the complainant to file an application for redressal of her grievance before any appropriate court.
