JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 25-10-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Section 47 (a) of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016 and Section 147 of the Railways Act. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that 144 bottles of English wine have been allegedly recovered from his possession. It is further contended that his antecedent is clean and he is in custody since 01.08.2016.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
