ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2019 in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No.391 of 2019 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case between the parties with injuries having been sustained on both sides. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the entire injuries have been found to be simple in nature and arose out of petty dispute. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents.

Considering the aforementioned facts and
