The petitioner seeks bail in Bhorey P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 404, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the FIR, petitioner is one of the conspirators. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that specific allegation of causing firearm injury is against other co-accused persons. Similarly situated co-accused Awadhesh Gond and Prabhunath Singh have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 20.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51127 of 2019, dated 26.08.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 53078 of 2019 (vide Annexure-3 series). Petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2021.

Case No. 205 of 2019.
