The petitioner seeks bail in S.T. No.750 of 2014, arising out of Gobindgaj P.S. Case No. 121 of 2007 instituted for the offences under Sections 302 and 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is direct allegation against the petitioner for killing his wife. It appears that case has been fixed for evidence but not even a single witness has been examined. Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, prosecution is directed to produce the evidence and trial court is equally directed to conclude the trial within a period of nine months from the
