Petitioner is in custody in connection with Chanpatiya P.S. Case No. 114 of 2019 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case, allegation against this petitioner is that he was involved in assault.

Learned counsel submits that injury found on the informant side is simple in nature.

Petitioner is in custody since 19.6.2019.
