2. This appeal is preferred against the order dated 15.07.2024 passed by the learned Exclusive Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Gaya passed in ABP No. 209 of 2024 arising out of Biniyadganj P.S. Case No. 40 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3(i)(r)(s)/3(2)(v) of the SC/ST Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant after arguing vehemently for some time seeks permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to surrender and seek regular bail.
