Petitioner being lady is languishing in jail custody since 27.07.2016 in a case registered under Section 302 and other minor Sections of the IPC. The First Information Report goes to show that it was co-accused Anil Sah who assaulted the deceased and so far as petitioner is concerned general and omnibus allegation of assault has been levelled against her. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Atul Kumar Singh, ACJM-4th, Samastipur in connection with Mohiuddin Nagar P.S.Case No.139 of 2016.
