The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 392 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The case for robbing the motorcycle on highway was lodged against unknown. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Vinod Rajak. Save and except confession of co-accused the police did not collect any further material and not put the petitioner on test identification parade, although petitioner is in jail since 18.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39442 of 2015 (2) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Jamui P.S. Case No. 295 of 2014.
