JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioner is languishing in custody since 17.08.2016 in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 78 of 2015 for offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Wife of the petitioner died an unnatural death after 20 years of marriage in her matrimonial house.

Submission of the petitioner is that there is conflicting material in the case diary. Some of the witnesses have stated that the victim died due to fell in Dam whereas it has been stated that she had quarreled with mother-in-law and committed suicide. The daughter of the informant also stated before the police that the

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada/Successor Court, in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 78 of 2015.
