2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 104 of 2022 instituted under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the petitioner is that he has taken SIM of mobile on the basis of forged identity card and documents.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and he has not committed any offence. Petitioner had gone to Saudi Arabia to earn his livelihood. He has never taken any SIM on the basis of forged identity card as alleged. He has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that there is no allegation that any criminal act has been done

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. IVth, Siwan in connection with Siswan P.S. Case No. 104 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. (Sunil Dutta Mishra, J) rakhi/- U
