The petitioner seeks bail in Tariyani P.S. Case No. 37/2008, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case on mere suspicion, as the petitioner was seen near the occurrence. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been enlarged on bail. There is no material against the petitioner and he is in jail since 18.06.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheohar, in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 37/2008.
