The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a complaint case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusations are of making assault for nonfulfillment of dowry demand and ousting the complainant and her two daughters from the matrimonial house. It is submitted by learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68796 of 2021(2) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 petitioners that petitioners are father-in-law and motherin-law of the complainant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners live separately from the husband of the complainant and they have no concern with the day-to-day affairs of the complainant and her husband.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Barh, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 602(C) of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
