Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the application of petitioner no. 2, namely, Subhash Das is dismissed as withdrawn.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59401 of 2022(2) dt.16-02-2023 2/2 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S. Case No. 37 of 2022 registered under Sections 498A, 313, 323, and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is that petitioners are mother-in-law, brother-in-law, father-in-law and nanad of the informant. He also submits that petitioners have no criminal history.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5, namely, Muniya Devi, Binod Das, Brahmdeo Das and Rinku Devi respectively, be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui Mahila P.S. Case No. 37 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
