ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 27-03-2015 The Petitioners had sought quashing of the First Information Report of Rampur P.S. case No.83 of 2001 (G.R. No.1371 of 2001) pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya on the ground of territorial jurisdiction. This Court had called for a report as to whether the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya had retained the records of Rampur P.S. case No.83 of 2001 or transferred it in terms of the order passed in Cr.Misc.No.2134 of 2009.
A report has been received stating therein that the case has
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37267 of 2012 dt.27-03-2015 2/2 been sent to the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra, StateJharkhand on 26.4.2013. In view of such, evidently the case of the present Petitioners should also be tagged along with the said case. With these observations, the application stands disposed of.
