JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 51 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. On perusal of Annexure-2 to the application, it appears that both the parties have compromised the case and a petition has already been filed to that effect in the Court below.
