The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 118/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 323, 188, 353, 431, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The S.H.O. Madhusudan Kumar got information that a cyclist died in a road accident and angry villagers cut Dobhi Chatra road and blocked the traffic.

It is submitted that the petitioners and others made violent protest against the accident. The petitioners are of course named in the FIR, but no specific allegation is made. Similarly situated co-accused persons namely, Saurabh Kumar @ Pintu,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40866 of 2015 (2) dt.06-10-2015 2/2 Ramashish Prasad @ Ramashish Kumar and others have already been granted anticipatory bail. The case of the petitioners stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 118/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
