The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kako (Bhelewar) P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter Bibha Devi was married with Pankaj Kumar six years ago. After marriage the husband, father-in-law, mother-in-law and sisters-in-law of the deceased were torturing his daughter due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and they killed his daughter and disposed of her dead body on 28.06.2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46468 of 2017 (2) dt.22-09-2017 petitioners are married sisters-in-law of the deceased. They are living separately in their own Sasural. The deceased got two children. The deceased was living happily with her husband. The deceased was suffering from abdominal pain and she died her natural death.

It appears that the petitioners are married sisters-inlaw of the deceased. The marriage was solemnized six years ago and the informant, father of the deceased, made the petitioners accused in the case but did not make any specific allegation against the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in Kako (Bhelewar) P.S. Case No. 131 of 2017, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
