The present writ application has been filed for issuance of a direction upon the respondents for getting the debris removed from the main road of Gandhi Nagar in Aurangabad town appertaining to Khata No. 295 Plot No. 2255.
A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of respondent no. 6 making specific stand in paragraph 4 that debris has already been removed. Paragraph 4 reads as follows: "That it humbly stated and submitted here that the debris has already been removed from Mohalla - Gandhi Nagar. The concerned sanitary Inspector has reported the office on
Patna High Court CWJC No.14584 of 2015(2) dt.09-10-2017 2/2 14.5.2015 after removing the debris. The road for the general people is clear. The drainage is also cleared." In view of the present stand of respondent no. 6, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for disposal of the writ application.
