Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended on suspicion that he alongwith others were preparing to commit dacoity. Nothing incriminating was recovered from possession of this petitioner.

Co-accused Md.Majebul @ Motu has already been allowed bail by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.9476 of 2018, hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10411 of 2018 (2) dt.22-02-2018 learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sikty Police Station Case No.223 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
