=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AHSANUDDIN AMANULLAH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 22-06-2016 Heard the petitioner in person and learned GP-32 for the State.

Pursuant to order dated 04.05.2016, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no. 7, Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad, personally affirmed by him. Specific statement has been made in the counter affidavit filed today, that upon reinvestigation, the police has found the allegations against the petitioner to be false and accordingly, final

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.1190 of 2014 dt.22-06-2016 2/2 form has been submitted in all the three cases being Salaiya P.S.Case No. 16 of 2010, Madanpur P.S.Case No. 93 of 2011 and Madanpur P.S.Case No. 93 of 2012.

In view of the aforesaid, the above referred three cases, as far as they relate to the petitioner, stand quashed. In view of the finding by the police that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and there appears to be recurrence of such false implication indicates that the petitioner is being targeted for having raised his voice and pointing out to the corruption in the District of Aurangabad by official and private persons.

In the aforesaid background, the Court would, thus, grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad, in case, in future, he faces such adverse situation either of false implication or threat to his life and property. If the petitioner approaches the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad with such complaint, the Superintendent of Police, Aurangabad shall be obliged to personally look into the matter and monitor the case so that no injustice is caused to the petitioner.

The application stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
