In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 53 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47, 54 of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016. As per allegation, the police officer, during evening round, recovered 50 bottles of illegal Nepali country made liquor each containing 300 Ml. kept in a Jhola and the petitioner along with other person was arrested.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Sachin Paswan, be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46336 of 2016 (4) dt.09-11-2016 furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Kundwa Chainpur PS. Case No. 53 of 2016.
