State of Bihar reported in 2017 (5) SCC383, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent nos. 4 to 6 to take final decision with regard to the petitioner in the light of the principles of the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Mukesh (Supra) within the stipulated period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
