15.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondents no. 4 and 5 in which the stand is that due to the petitioner not coming forward to complete the necessary paper work formalities the benefit of revised pension based on grant of 2nd A.C.P. has not been paid. It is submitted that the petitioner was informed through letters as well as telephonically to come and sign the papers but till date he has not gone there. It is further the stand that as soon as the petitioner signs the papers, the same would be forwarded to the Accountant General, Bihar Patna for issuing authority slip for payment of revised pension.

In view of the aforesaid stand of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.7964 of 2011 (5) dt.15-01-2015 2/2 respondents in the supplementary counter affidavit, the application stands disposed off with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the Circle Officer, Fulparas, Madhubani within four weeks from today along with a copy of this order. The Officer shall ensure that all required paper work is completed and thereafter the same shall be forwarded in accordance with law to the Accountant General, Bihar. The Accountant General, Bihar shall issue the necessary authority slip within one week of the same being received by them. The respondents shall thereafter ensure that actual payment to the petitioner is also made within the next three weeks. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J.) Anand Kr.
