The petitioner is languishing in custody in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that cash of Rs. 2,75,000/- of the informant which was kept in a bag was robbed by unknown criminals.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner was not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56824 of 2022(3) dt.20-02-2023 2/2 apprehended from the spot. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has still not been put on T.I.P. The petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.04.2022.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 105 of 2022(Sessions Trial No. 379 of 2022).
