2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 26 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 & 4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner along with unknown criminals came to the door of informant and they started abusing and exploded one bomb by throwing and causing damage of door of the house. The accused persons thrown four live bomb on the door of the informant which after arrival of Chowkidar has been defunct and remnants of bomb have been seized by the police.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case and there is allegation of explosion of bomb but no one has became injured which shows the allegation is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.62415 of 2024(2) dt.10-09-2024 2/2 false. The petitioner is having clean antecedent and he is in custody since 15.07.2024.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with N.H. Bangra P.S. Case No. 26 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
