JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The prosecution case is that during earthquake one Sintu Kumar caused fire arm injury on the thigh of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that name of Sintu Kumar has been mentioned in the First Information Report without parentage and subsequently informant has filed a petition to that effect that petitioner was not Sintu Kumar who caused injury to the informant. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with
