The petitioners are in custody since 10.07.2019 in connection with Buxar (I) P.S. Case No. 49 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition of Exicse (Amendment) Act.

Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather the same has been recovered from across the Ganga river, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
