2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 02.08.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30345 of 2019.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the prayer portion due to inadvertent typographical error "Additional Sessions Judge-X, Saran" has been typed instead of "ACJM-11,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53874 of 2019(2) dt.04-09-2019 2/2 Saran", which accordingly corrected in paragraph-4 of the order dated 02.08.2019.

3. Let the reference to "Additional Sessions Judge-X, Saran" as appearing in paragraph-4 of the order dated 02.08.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 30345 of 2019 be treated as corrected to read as "ACJM-11, Saran".

4. Order dated 02.08.2019 is modified only to the above extent.

5. The time for surrender and furnishing bail bond granted in terms of the order dated 02.08.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 30345 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.

6. Cr. Misc. No. 53874 of 2019 stands disposed of. (Vikash Jain, J) Ibrar//- U T
