The name of this petitioner surfaced in this case in confessional statement of co-accused Chandan Kumar who has already been granted privilege of bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court. In course of investigation some witnesses stated that they had seen the petitioner along with deceased prior to the alleged occurrence and except aforesaid circumstances, there appears to be nothing against this petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Muffasil P.S.
